Refund policy

As a small business, Dormeleven does not offer refunds. Items purchased at regular price are eligible for store credit only. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please email Support@dormeleven.co within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

All returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear or damage. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
