SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

Handling Orders

We aim to deliver your Dormeleven pieces as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe, and during busy seasons, such as holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

 

Domestic Orders

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. If your package is refused or returned because it cannot be delivered, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your store credit once we receive the item back. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like your order resent, a new shipping fee will apply.

 

Express shipping is available on select orders. To confirm availability, please reach out to us at support@dormeleven.co before placing your order. 

 

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly or lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Then, contact us with your claim number so we can assist you further.

 

International Orders

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping through UPS and DHL. Shipping times may vary based on your location. While we strive to minimize duties, please be aware that some countries may still require you to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon your order's arrival. These fees are determined by your country and must be paid in order to receive your package.

 

If you choose not to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like your package to be resent, you will need to cover the new shipping charge. Otherwise, the order will be forfeited.

 

Returns and Size Exchanges

As a growing small business, we are currently unable to offer returns. We encourage you to carefully review size charts and product details before placing your order. If you find that you need a different size, please email us at support@dormeleven.co within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot guarantee exchanges, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the item you need is available.

 

Pre-Orders

We’re excited to offer pre-orders on select items! Each product page will display the estimated delivery date, so please review it carefully before making your purchase. Please note that pre-orders cannot be shipped via express delivery, and release dates may change slightly. If there are any updates, we will inform you right away. Once the release date arrives, allow 3 to 5 business days for processing your order. If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready.
