SHIPPING POLICY
HANDLING ORDERS
The typical processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days; however, some items may take longer. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count toward this timeframe. During the holiday season, please allow additional time for orders to be processed before they are shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Packages for international orders are shipped via UPS and/or DHL. The shipping duration varies depending on the destination country. We strive to minimize the duties on our products; however, some international buyers may still incur these charges.
Please note that upon arrival of your order, you may be required to pay any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees must be settled to receive your order after it clears customs. If you opt not to pay these fees and the item is returned to us, we will deduct 15% from your total order amount to cover the cost of the return. You will also be responsible for any shipping charges to have the package sent back to you; otherwise, the order will be forfeited.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We use both USPS and UPS to ship all domestic orders.
If you decline to accept a domestic order or are unable to receive it, a handling fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged when the package is returned to us. This fee will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges if you wish to have the package returned to you; otherwise, the order will be forfeited.
Express shipping is available for some orders. Please email customersupport@dormeleven.co to inquire about availability before placing your order.
If you believe that your package has been delivered to the wrong address or has been lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier before contacting us via email at customersupport@dormeleven.co.
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
Before placing your pre-order, please read the product description carefully, as each item has a different delivery date.
Please note that pre-ordered items are not eligible for rush or express shipping. Release dates are subject to change, and you will be notified immediately of any modifications.
Orders will begin processing on the advertised release date and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
If you have pre-ordered an item along with other purchases, please be aware that your entire order will not be shipped partially. It will only be dispatched once the pre-ordered item is ready. Regular shipping rates will apply to pre-ordered items.
