SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

Handling Orders

We strive to deliver your Dormeleven pieces as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe, and during busy seasons like holidays, processing may take a little longer.

 

Domestic Orders

All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. If your package is refused or returned due to delivery issues, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your store credit once we receive the item back. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like us to resend your order, a new shipping fee will apply.

 

Express shipping is offered on certain orders. To check availability, please contact us at support@dormeleven.co before placing your order.

 

If you think your package was delivered incorrectly or is lost, please file a claim with the carrier directly. After that, contact us with your claim number so we can assist you.

 

International Orders

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping through UPS and DHL. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. While we work to keep duties to a minimum, please be aware that some countries may still require you to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon the arrival of your order. These fees are determined by your country's regulations and must be settled in order to receive your package.

 

If you choose not to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like your package to be resent, you will need to pay the new shipping charge. Otherwise, the order will be forfeited.

 

Returns and Size Exchanges

As a small business that is still growing, we currently cannot offer returns. We encourage you to carefully review the size charts and product details before placing your order. If you find that you need a different size, please email us at support@dormeleven.co within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot guarantee an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the item you need is available.

 

Pre-Orders

We are excited to offer pre-orders on select items! Each product page will display the estimated delivery date, so please review it carefully before making your purchase. Please note that pre-orders cannot be shipped via express delivery, and release dates may change slightly. We will keep you informed of any updates as they arise. Once the release date arrives, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready.
