SHIPPING POLICY
HANDLING ORDERS
The processing time for orders is typically 3-5 business days, but some items may take longer. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded from this timeframe. During the holiday season, please allow extra time for orders to be processed before shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Packages for international orders are shipped using UPS and/or DHL. The shipping duration varies depending on the country of delivery. We make every effort to keep the duties on our products to a minimum, however, some international buyers may be subject to duties.
Please be aware that when your order arrives, you may be required to pay for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the country to which you are sending the item. These fees must be paid in order for you to receive your order after it has cleared customs. If you choose not to pay these fees and the item is returned to us, we will deduct 15% from your total order amount to cover the cost of returning it to us. You will be responsible for shipping charges to have the package returned back to you or order will be forfeited.
GENERAL INFO
We use both USPS and UPS to ship all domestic orders.
If you decline to accept domestic orders or are unable to receive them, a handling fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged when package is returned back to us. This fee will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges to have the package returned back to you or order will be forfeited.
Express shipping is available for some orders, but please email customersupport@dormeleven.co to inquire before placing your order.
If you have a feeling that your package has been delivered to the wrong address or lost, kindly file a claim with shipping carrier first before contacting us via email at customersupport@dormeleven.co.
PRE-ORDER
BEFORE PLACING YOUR PRE-ORDER CAREFULLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AS EACH ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE.
Please note that pre-ordered items are not eligible for rush or express shipping. The release dates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any modifications immediately.
Orders will start processing on the advertised release date and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
If you have pre-ordered an item along with your other purchases, please note that your order will not be shipped partially. It will only be dispatched once the pre-ordered item is ready. Regular shipping rates will be applied to pre-ordered items.
