Handling Orders

We want you to receive your Dormeleven pieces as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe, and during busy seasons such as holidays, it may take a little longer.

 

Domestic Orders

All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. If your package is refused or returned because it cannot be delivered, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your store credit once it’s received back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you’d like your order resent, a new shipping fee will apply. Express shipping is available on select orders; just reach out to us at support@dormeleven.co before placing your order so we can confirm. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly or lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier first, then contact us with your claim number so we can support you.

 

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide using UPS and DHL. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. We do our best to reduce duties wherever possible, but some countries may still require you to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once your order arrives. These fees are set by your country and must be paid to receive your package. If you choose not to pay and your order is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you’d like your package resent, you will be responsible for the new shipping charge. If not, the order will be forfeited.

 

Returns and Size Exchanges

As a growing small business, we are not able to offer returns at this time. We encourage you to double-check size charts and product details before ordering. If you find that you need a different size, email us at support@dormeleven.co within 7 days of receiving your order. While exchanges are not guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request if the item you need is available.

 

Pre-Orders

We’re excited to offer pre-orders on select pieces. Each item will have its estimated delivery date listed on the product page, so please review carefully before purchasing. Pre-orders cannot be shipped express, and release dates may shift slightly. If there are any updates, you’ll hear from us right away. Once the release date arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-order piece, your order will ship together once the pre-order is ready.
