RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC RETURNS (U.S)

You have 7 days from the time you receive your item(s) to make a return. If you decide to return an item, shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT REGULAR PRICES CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY! Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item(s), we will provide you with a prepaid return label to send it back to us. Please contact us at customersupport@dormeleven.co if you encounter this issue and we will be happy to assist you.

However, any signs of wear or damage to the item(s) will result in your return request being denied.

Please note that in order for your return to be processed, it must be submitted through our online returns system. We kindly ask that you follow this procedure for all returns.
