EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dormeleven, we gladly offer exchanges for any unworn item that retains all original security tags and labels. Please request exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Exchange
Email us at customersupport@dormeleven.com with the following details:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Exchange
You can exchange your item for a different size or style, as long as it’s in stock. We allow one exchange per item and cover the shipping costs for the new item sent to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using your local post office for reliable service and tracking.
If you're a customer outside the U.S., shipping may be expensive. Just email us, and we’ll send you a link to buy a discounted return label for your exchange.
If Your Size is Unavailable
If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by bank.
Want to Upgrade?
If you wish to exchange for an item that costs more, please purchase a gift card to cover the difference. Let us know once you’ve purchased customersupport@dormeleven.com.
